Joe E. Tarvin, PE

With over 40 years of experience in designing water and wastewater engineering projects, Mr. Tarvin has spent 32 years designing projects all over Northwest Arkansas. His experience includes large diameter gravity sewage collection systems, large pumping stations, force mains, treatment plants and sludge handling facilities.

Mr. Tarvin’s duties have included all aspects of civil engineering projects from development to completion of construction including marketing, funding, management, client relations, representation, planning & design, plans & specifications, services during construction, operation and maintenance.

Mr. Tarvin holds several professional registrations and affiliations including titles as Professional Engineer in 6 states including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Utah. He also has served on the National Society of Professional Engineers, has served as Past State Director, President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of NWA Chapter of the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Tarvin received his BSCE and MSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1966 and 1970, respectively.
